Opteam 26 is a three-year program (2024-2026) designed to boost the performance of the entire group, by engaging all Orano teams in the adventure!
The aim is to put the group in a position to seize the many development opportunities that lie ahead.
This program is a contract for robustness and efficiency, agility, adherence to standards and sound financial management. All this, with a constant focus on the safety and security of employees and operations.
From a tactical standpoint, the plan is to improve the group’s performance across all its activities and in the execution of its projects, by integrating and harmonizing all existing and future performance initiatives.
